1. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, your return must meet the following criteria:

• The product must be unused and in original condition with all tags and labels attached.
• The product must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
• Refunds are only available for items purchased directly from Fabric Print.

Non-refundable items include:

• Custom or personalized products
• Items marked as final sale

2. How Refunds Are Processed

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the eligibility requirements for a refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed using the original method of payment. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been issued.

Refund processing times are as follows:

• Credit/Debit Cards: Typically, refunds will appear on your statement within 5-7 business days after processing, depending on your card issuer.
• PayPal: Refunds will typically be credited back to your PayPal account within 3-5 business days.
• Other Payment Methods: If you used a different payment method, the refund time may vary based on the service provider.

3. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please follow these steps:

1. Check your bank or PayPal account: Ensure that the refund has not already been posted.
2. Contact your card issuer or bank: It may take some time before your refund is officially posted due to processing times on their end.

4. Refunds on Shipping Costs

If your return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will also refund any shipping fees paid on the original purchase. However, for general returns, shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.

5. Exceptions

• Non-returnable items: Certain items, such as personalized goods and items on final sale, are not eligible for refunds.
• Gift cards: Gift cards are non-refundable.
