Thank you for shopping at Czisp. We are committed to delivering quality products and a satisfying shopping experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.


Exchange Policy

At this time, we do not offer exchanges.
Because each order is confirmed by the customer before checkout—including product, size, design, quantity, and shipping address—we are unable to process exchanges due to incorrect selections.

Please double-check your order details before submitting your purchase.


Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it.
After this window, your order may already be processed or shipped and cannot be canceled.

Note: Cancellations are subject to a 10% processing fee, deducted from the total refund.

To request cancellation, email us at support@czisp.com with your order number and full name.


Return Eligibility

Our return policy is valid for 30 days after the delivery date.
Beyond this period, we consider the order accepted and no refunds or returns will be granted.

You may request a return only under the following conditions:

  • Item arrived damaged or broken
  • Item differs from what was ordered in size, design, or material
  • You received a wrong product
  • Product does not match the product description

Non-Returnable Conditions

We cannot accept returns if:

  • The item has been used, worn, or washed
  • The item has been altered or modified
  • Original tags or packaging are missing
  • Minor production flaws exist (e.g., loose threads)
  • The issue is not caused by our error

Return Procedure

To request a return:

  1. Email support@czisp.com with:
    • Your order number
    • Reason for the return
    • Photo evidence of the issue (if applicable)
    • A copy of the shipping label or order confirmation
  2. Our customer support team will respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions and the return address.
  3. Ship the item using a trackable carrier and send us the tracking number or return receipt.

⚠️ IMPORTANT:
Do NOT return your item without prior approval. We cannot process or refund unauthorized returns.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.


Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees, which are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


Refund Processing Time

Once we receive your return:

  • We will inspect and process the refund within 2 business days
  • A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is issued
  • Refunds are returned to your original payment method

Refunds typically appear within 10–15 business days, depending on your card issuer or bank.

If you haven’t received your refund after that time:

  1. Double-check your bank account
  2. Contact your credit card provider
  3. Email us at support@czisp.com for further assistance

  • Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery
  • Returned items must be in original condition with all tags and packaging
  • No refund will be issued if we do not receive the return package
